Hey there folks, you may have noticed things have been a little quiet around here lately. Life got big and life got hard and it was hard to find a way to write. However, I’ve recently joined a new upstart satire site, True Superhero Fans, which seeks to skewer superhero movie news, as well as general entertainment news, the sea of clickbait posts we see everyday, and ourselves as film fans. The short form bursts of creativity and absurdity have really helped me get back into the swing of things, and they’re a hell of a lot of fun to write.

My first post over there concerns Jason Momoa and the fact that he’s definitely seen the Snyder Cut. Well. Maybe.

When our team of intrepid reporters reached out for comment, Momoa indicated that the Snyder cut was not only ssssiiicccckkkkkk but, “also baddassss”. When pressed for details, the 40-year old demigod clarified that unlike the film that was released in 2017, The Snyder Cut is actually not a superhero movie at all, but instead “a psychological fantasy action film about the parallel universes that a young girl wearing a sailor suit must fight her way through in order to kill that guy from Mad Men and also that guy from the new Star Wars movies”.
